Setup Guides
SwishRouter Setup
- Plug the SwishRouter into a power outlet.
- Wait 60–90 seconds for the network light to turn green.
- Connect to the WiFi network printed on the router label.
- Enter the password shown on the device.
VoIP Setup (Plus & Max Plans)
- Connect the Yealink DECT base to the SwishRouter LAN port.
- Plug the handset base and phone into power.
- The phone automatically configures — no manual setup needed.
- If calls fail, restart both the router and handset.
Troubleshooting
Internet Not Working?
- Restart the SwishRouter and wait 60–90 seconds.
- Move the router closer to a window for stronger signal.
- Check that the power light is solid green.
- Try connecting via Ethernet if you're near the router.
VoIP Issues?
- Ensure the Yealink base is connected to the router.
- Restart the DECT handset and the router.
- Verify your plan includes VoIP (Plus or Max).
- Confirm your internet connection is active.
